👑 Booking Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits help reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows while reserving your appointment time exclusively for you.
Deposit amounts vary by service and will be displayed during online booking.
All deposits are applied toward your final service balance and are not an additional charge.
Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit may be transferred one time to the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If NaySlay Royal Auto Spa must cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment or refunded.
